Our Program
Four Phases.
One Purpose.
Each phase of our program is designed to take a men one step closer to who God created them to be. From spiritual foundation to full independence, we don't just help men get clean—we help them rise free.
Phase One
Foundation (3 Months)
Phase One is focused on building a strong spiritual foundation and establishing a new environment of safety, sobriety, and hope.
During this phase our goal is to:
Remove men from destructive environments
Introduce a Christ-centered lifestyle
Provide daily support, mentorship, and discipleship
At the end of this phase, they may choose to graduate and leave with a certificate—or continue in the program.
Phase Two
Restoration (6 Months)
Phase Two is for men ready to go deeper in their relationship with Christ while taking practical steps toward rebuilding their lives. Through continued discipleship and structure, men begin part-time work and develop a clear plan for long-term restoration.
During this phase, we help men:
Build and manage a personal budget
Obtain a driver’s license or state ID
Secure essential documents (Social Security card, birth certificate)
Complete their GED (if needed)
Address legal obligations such as fines or child support
Cell phones and personal finances are permitted during this stage as men begin stepping into greater responsibility.
By the end of Phase Two, men graduate as Alumni of the program—equipped with a part-time job, foundational life skills, and the tools needed to transition into full-time employment and independent living.
Phase Three
Freedom (4 Months)
Phase Three introduces greater independence and responsibility. Men move into upper phase housing and begin working full-time with approved employers.
The goal of this phase is to rebuild life skills through:
Personal goal-setting
Establishing a home church
At the end of four months, goals are reviewed to determine readiness for the final phase.
Phase Four
Accountability (As long as needed)
Phase Four continues the growth and stability of Phase Three, focusing on preparing for life after Outreach.
During this phase:
Old goals are reviewed and new goals are set
Complacency is challenged
Men develop a practical Exit Plan
This phase is not rushed. We want each man to leave spiritually grounded, emotionally healthy, and practically equipped for life beyond the program.

While we provide access to licensed substance abuse counseling and case management, our focus goes beyond addiction—guiding men into Kingdom living, restored identity, and lasting transformation in Christ.
-
Outreach is for men 18 and older who are ready for real transformation—not just behavior change. Whether facing homelessness, addiction, or any personal crisis, this program is for those seeking a lasting solution found in a relationship with Jesus Christ.

Unlike many programs, even Christian recovery programs, addiction is not the prerequisite for admission at Outreach, nor is sobriety the primary measure of success. We recognize addiction as a symptom—and believe true freedom comes as a man surrenders his life to God and lets Him to lead.

We’ve seen God restore thousands of men over the past 50 years—men who came in broken, searching, and unsure of their future. At Outreach, we believe true and lasting transformations comes from encountering God and rediscovering who you were created to be.
